1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Jungle Dating, creating an account or using the services offered, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.
• You agree to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws in Quebec and Canada.

2. Services offered

Jungle Dating provides a digital platform enabling:

• The creation of personal profiles.
• The search and connection of consenting adults for personal, friendly or romantic encounters.
• Messaging features, compatible profile suggestions, and other related features.

No guarantee of relationship success is offered.

3. Registration and account security

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and any activity related to your account.
• In case of unauthorized use of your account, you must inform us without delay.

4. User conduct

Politeness, good manners and conviviality are essential at Jungle Dating. Thus, all exchanges must be conducted with class and respect. Foul language will not be tolerated on the site. Any user who feels they have been the victim of misconduct by another user must report it to a site administrator or by writing to the following email address rprp@jungledating.com. The offending user will receive a notice. In the event of serious misconduct or repeat offenses, Jungle Dating reserves the right to limit the privileges of the offending user or permanently delete their account.

When publishing photos on the site, you must comply with the following conditions:

• In public photos, you must be clothed and not expose your intimate parts.
• For couple photos, you must ensure you have received the consent of the other couple member before publishing them.
• For private photos, you may present yourself in more intimate or sexy poses, but you agree not to use degrading images or poses, show genitals of yourself or the other couple member, present images of violence or suggesting violence, including signs of abuse and in general you agree to exercise good taste.
• At all times, it is forbidden to publish photos of bestiality, incest, pornography, juvenile or otherwise, extreme violence, or that are otherwise contrary to public order or that could constitute identity theft.
• You acknowledge that public photos are accessible to all other users. You acknowledge that other users may copy your public photos and share them without your consent and without Jungle Dating being held responsible, and you assume full responsibility for these risks. You acknowledge that Jungle Dating reserves the right to refuse photos that, in Jungle Dating's sole judgment, are obscene, violent, contrary to public order or likely to constitute identity theft.
• You acknowledge that private photos are accessible to other users with whom you choose to share them. You acknowledge that these users may copy your private photos and share them without your consent and without Jungle Dating being held responsible, and you assume full responsibility for these risks. You acknowledge that Jungle Dating has the right to access your private photos to ensure they comply with the terms of use and that Jungle Dating reserves the right to refuse photos that, in its sole judgment, violate the terms of use.

You acknowledge that exchanges between users must be based on consent. When making appointments, when approaching someone during in-person activities and in all your dealings with other users, you agree to ensure you have received the consent of the other people involved and you acknowledge that this consent can be withdrawn at any time. You then agree to respect the choice of others and to cease any interactions or activities to which these other people have stopped consenting.

You agree to respect the dignity and reputation of other users. If you feel you have grounds to complain about the behavior of another user, you agree to report it only to Jungle Dating administrators and not to take the initiative to report this person to other users. Jungle Dating will investigate and take the necessary actions according to the circumstances.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any other person.
• Post or share obscene, defamatory, violent, discriminatory or illegal content.
• Harass, intimidate, threaten or solicit funds or sexual services in exchange for compensation.
• Use Jungle Dating for commercial or advertising purposes without our express authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in case of inappropriate or non-compliant behavior.

5. User-generated content

You retain rights to the content you post (photos, texts, etc.), but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable license to use it within the framework of our services.

We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or contrary to these terms.

6. Privacy and confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Quebec) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Our Privacy Policy details how your data is collected, used and stored.

7. Intellectual property

Jungle Dating, its source code, design, trademarks and content (except user-generated content) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Jungle Dating makes reasonable efforts to verify the authenticity of information provided by users of its services. However, you acknowledge that Jungle Dating cannot guarantee the veracity of information provided by other users you may encounter through Jungle Dating's services, and that you assume full responsibility for taking appropriate measures to ensure your safety and the safety of personal information you choose to share with other Jungle Dating users.

Jungle Dating is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or truthfulness of user profiles.
• The absence of interruptions or errors in the service.

In no event shall Jungle Dating be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services, including physical encounters arising therefrom.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your profile. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account without notice in case of violation of these terms.

10. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes by email or via a Jungle Dating notification. Continued use of Jungle Dating after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
